2. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, or images are completely accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sale of products to any person or region at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Order Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time, including after confirmation, for reasons such as product unavailability or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Standard delivery is estimated at 6–12 days after dispatch, while paid expedited delivery, where available at checkout, is estimated at 4–6 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control. 6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

DETKRONIX covers applicable duties and import taxes for customer orders. Customers should not be asked to pay these charges separately upon delivery. Customs clearance times may vary by destination, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Returns & Replacements

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, personal preference or an incorrect selection. If an item arrives broken or damaged, send your order number and supporting photos or video to support@detkronix.com as soon as possible. After verification, DETKRONIX will provide one complimentary replacement for the affected item. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of DETKRONIX and may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DETKRONIX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
