Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours after they are placed. Once your order ships, we will send the available tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 6–12 days after dispatch.

Paid expedited delivery is available for eligible orders and destinations at checkout. Expedited delivery is estimated at 4–6 days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather and other circumstances outside our control may affect the arrival date.

Duties and import taxes

DETKRONIX covers applicable duties and import taxes for customer orders. Customers should not be asked to pay these charges separately upon delivery. If a carrier requests an unexpected duty or import-tax payment, please contact support@detkronix.com before paying so we can investigate.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact support@detkronix.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has been dispatched.
