Are DETKRONIX products handmade?

Yes. Our glassware is shaped and finished by hand, so small variations in form and detail are natural and make every piece unique.

What sizes are available?

Mini holds 12 oz (350 ml) and is 4.9 in (12.5 cm) tall. Original holds 27 oz (800 ml) and is 7.5 in (19 cm) tall. A Mini + Original Duo is also available.

What is the glass mug made from?

Our glass mugs are made from clear borosilicate glass and are suitable for hot and cold drinks.

Can I drink through the hollow handle?

Yes. The hollow handle is designed for sipping. A cleaning brush is included with each mug.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 4–12 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, customs clearance and local carrier conditions.

Do you offer free shipping and include duties?

Free shipping is available to most countries. Import duties and taxes are included in your order. Final shipping availability is shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Tracking information will be emailed after your order has been dispatched.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please record an unboxing video when your package arrives. If an item is damaged, contact support@detkronix.com with your order number, photos and the video so we can arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

How do I request a return?

Please review our Refund Policy and contact support@detkronix.com before sending anything back. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
